This 26th Annual General Meeting sees us celebrating our achievements of the past year.  We
were awarded a second three year Accreditation.  During this process our ability to develop
strong partnerships was highlighted in the report from Accreditation Canada.

Partnerships along with client feedback have allowed us to develop programs that reinforce our
philosophy of recovery.  That model of client care supports and emphasizes that recovery is
defined by and unique to each individual.

The Board of Directors with stakeholder input updated the strategic plan to 2014 with an
emphasis on client safety and quality driven care.

We are confident that the abilities and commitment of management, staff and volunteers will
help us continuously improve client centered care while positively influencing change in the
health care system.
